How does the Arculus Wallet approve a transaction?

Arculus uses three factors: biometric access on the phone, a six-digit PIN, and a physical NFC card tap. The private keys are designed to stay on the secure element inside the card rather than on the smartphone.

What happens if I lose my Arculus Card?

During setup, the app displays a 12-word or 24-word recovery phrase that you must store safely. You can buy a replacement card and use that phrase to restore the wallet, but you should never share the phrase.

Does Arculus work with iPhone and Android?

The Arculus Wallet app is available on both iOS and Android. Transactions use NFC when you tap the physical Arculus Card to the back of the phone.
