Atria

description Atria Overview

Atria, officially designated Alpha Trianguli Australis, is the brightest star in the small southern constellation Triangulum Australe. It is an orange K-type giant star located roughly 415 light-years from Earth. Atria is believed to be in a late stage of stellar evolution, having exhausted the hydrogen in its core and expanded to many times the Sun's radius. It is situated near the southern celestial hemisphere, making it primarily visible to observers in the Southern Hemisphere.
