Very professional and understanding of what I wanted accomplished and had plans in place to fix my personal situation. They listened to what I had to say and answered all questions I had promptly. I had a really bad experience with this company. I was disputing some legitimate identity theft- and I had police reports and everything. After 5-6 months of working with them, they were unable to get fraudulent inquiries removed from my account. But then I started getting letters from credit card companies I actually had real accounts with- that had been closed in good standing- that they were removing accounts from my credit reports.
