Historic Environment Scotland records surviving portions of the mill buildings together with a wheel-pit wall, a lade structure, a kiln, and stonework showing different phases of construction. The site is associated with the Doune area near Doune Castle and is documented as archaeological and architectural heritage. Its remains represent the physical infrastructure of a former water-powered milling operation.
