Eldon Hole is a large natural pothole near Castleton in Derbyshire, England. The feature consists of a deep, open vertical shaft formed in the limestone landscape of the Peak District. It has traditionally been described as about 70 metres deep and was historically included among the Seven Wonders of the Peak District. The site is of interest to visitors studying local geology, folklore, and landscape history.
