Rotate the square tiles until every piece belongs to one connected network. A valid solution has no isolated sections and no closed loops.

What is the difference between Net and Netslide?

In Net, individual tiles are rotated in place to connect the network. Netslide uses sliding rows or columns, so the board position changes as well as the tile orientation.
