description One57 Overview

One57 is a 306-metre mixed-use skyscraper on West 57th Street in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Completed in 2014, it contains luxury condominiums above the Park Hyatt New York hotel and has a faceted glass facade designed by French architect Christian de Portzamparc. The building is part of the group of tall residential towers that reshaped the section of Midtown commonly called Billionaires' Row.
