description Plokta Overview

Plokta is a British science-fiction fanzine first published in 1996 by a group known as the Plokta Cabal. Its editors have included Alison Scott, Steve Davies, and Mike Scott, and the publication combines science-fiction fandom with articles, photographs, illustrations, cartoons, and deliberately unconventional humor. Plokta won the Hugo Award for Best Fanzine in 2005 and 2006, and its paper run ended with issue 41 in 2011.
