Rock Mill is a historic five-story sandstone gristmill near Lancaster in Fairfield County, Ohio. Built in 1824 beside the gorge of the Hocking River, it used water power to process grain and is associated with the agricultural economy of early nineteenth-century Ohio. The mill stands near the Rock Mill Covered Bridge, which dates from 1901, and the restored site is preserved as a local historical landmark.
