description Roque Overview
Roque is an American form of croquet played on a hard court, generally with a raised border and a mallet suited to the surface. It was included in the 1904 Summer Olympics in St. Louis as a separate event from traditional lawn croquet. The Olympic competition had three players, all from the United States, and the sport did not remain on the Olympic program.
