Tomoi is a Malaysian striking combat sport with roots in traditions of the Malay Peninsula and strong technical similarities to Muay Thai. It uses punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, the eight striking weapons also associated with Thai boxing, and is practiced through training and competitive bouts.
