US vs. Them is a 1984 arcade rail shooter released by Mylstar, the video game division of pinball manufacturer Gottlieb, as a follow-up to the laserdisc game M.A.C.H. 3 (1983). Combining computer-generated graphics with footage stored on laserdisc, it placed the player in a science-fiction battle against an alien invasion of Earth.
It was one of a small group of mid-1980s arcade games built around laserdisc technology to achieve visuals beyond conventional sprite hardware.
