Chaos Heroes Online is a free-to-play multiplayer online battle arena developed by the South Korean studio Neoact and published in Western markets by Aeria Games. The game grew out of DotA: Chaos, a Warcraft III custom map, and retains a team-based format in which players control heroes and coordinate to destroy the opposing base. It was announced in 2014 and released for Windows through Steam in January 2015; the service was later discontinued. It is relevant to the history of games derived from the early DotA mod ecosystem.
