Flip or Flop is an American HGTV reality series that premiered in 2013. It originally followed the married couple Tarek El Moussa and Christina El Moussa as they purchased distressed properties in Southern California, renovated them, and attempted to resell them at a profit. Episodes show the financial calculations, construction problems, design decisions, and market risks involved in residential house flipping, while the series later continued after the couple's divorce.
