De Bartoli Vecchio Samperi

description De Bartoli Vecchio Samperi Overview

De Bartoli Vecchio Samperi is a dry, oxidative wine from western Sicily, Italy, made primarily from the Grillo grape. It was created by Marco de Bartoli and is produced in the Marsala area, but it is not a conventional fortified Marsala wine. The wine is matured through a perpetual aging system in which younger wine is blended with older lots, making it suitable for drinkers interested in traditional Sicilian wines with oxidative character.
